DayDreamer

Ephesians 3:20-21 says, "Now, all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power to work within us, to accomplish infinately more than we might ever ask or think. Glory to Him in the church, and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen."

If you know me...you know I am a day dreamer. I could waste hours imagining myself in different situations of wealth, success, service, love, anything-you name it, and I always get a little disapointed when I think about how unlikely it is that the things I imagine will come true. But according to Ephesians 3:20-21, God is different. He has a tremendous vision for the Church as a whole, and for each of us individually, that is much more incredible than we could ever hope to imagine or come up with on our own.
Plus, his vision for us is made perfectly possible by God's mighty power in our lives. So, we never need to be afraid to dream big when it comes to God because we can bet that God is dreaming bigger.

Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you that you have plans for me that are much greater than I know, and thank you that I do not have to limit my dreams for your kingdom because I have the oppertunaty to live by your power and not my own. Please accomplish your vision in me and my life. Amen.

Well, i think everyone does this from time to time. Sometimes I find myself being afraid to "dream big" as they say because I feel like I'm not capable of accomplishing what I dream for. But, I try to target this by focusing on the little things in life that lead me to my aspirations. With my experiences of what I've seen and felt, and with God of course, I have become motivated to work hard and follow in many aspects of my life; whether it is school, church, or my relationship with the Lord. I now feel like I am getting closer and closer to DOING instead of day dreaming!

dreams uh? yea, people do love to dream...the sad part is, notice that everyone usually dreams about sinful desires...like the lives in video games like grand theft auto, or the like the movie godfather or scarface...yea it looks cool to pack all those guns, but i don't think it'll be worth it...
but the dream of creating a jesus revolution on our campus is not impossible. i just hope that one day people in our own youth group will try to make a difference, and not be so judgmental, and i think we Christians need to be more accepting

The other day, while I was at work, my sister stole my iphone and tested to
see if it can survive a thirty foot drop, just so she can
be a youtube sensation. My iPad is now broken and she has 83 views.
I know this is totally off topic but I had to share it with someone!

First of all, thank you.
Thank you for investing in youth through youth-ministers, by blogging about your experiences on Hotwaterjuiceact….

Please know how incredible this is. And be encouraged to keep going.

I hope and pray that even more youth-pastors will be inspired, find solutions to their struggles, will be encouraged not to stop serving, and be inspired to grow their gifts.

We recognize that these are incredible times to live in, where technology allows youth-pastors around the world to encourage each other. As for ourselves, we use technology to reach out to youth globally as well.

For the past five years, we’ve been developing the world’s first videogame that takes kids through the Bible from beginning to end. Our hope is to increase the love for God’s Word amongst kids.

We dream to see kids go through the Bible together, having fun as they become part of David’s army, spend time in the fish as Jonah, and play level after level, leading up to Jesus’ death and resurrection.

In order to steward this immense project well, we’re building relationships with youths pastors like you. We like to ask your input by allowing you to look behind the scenes, have your kids/families play demo game levels before they go public, etc. You may also recommend a few people you think would be of interest.

Additionally, we can provide you with plenty of interesting “blog-food” (concept art, images, etc) if you feel that this could benefit your subscribers.

If you’d like more information, shoot me a quick reply to the email address below.
